For orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges will be clearly calculated and shown at the checkout before payment.
Delivery Promise
We take delays seriously. If your order is delayed beyond 5 days after the shipping date, we have you covered:
Delay Compensation
1% discount credit for each additional day of delay beyond 5 days post-dispatch — credited to your account for future purchases.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via:
- SMS to your registered mobile number
- Email to your registered email address
You can use the tracking ID on the respective logistics partner's website to get real-time updates on your shipment.
Failed Delivery
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges may apply if the failure was due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
- Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept the package
