Return & Refund

We aim to deliver premium quality every time. In the rare case something isn't right, here's our transparent and fair return policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • • Product received is damaged
  • • Product received is defective
  • • Wrong product delivered

⏱ Time Limit

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery — no exceptions.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases only:

  • Size Issues — if the product delivered does not match the size ordered
  • Manufacturing Defects — visible stitching errors, printing defects, or fabric damage

Not Eligible for Exchange

Design preferences, color variation (due to screen calibration), or personal preference — these are not grounds for exchange.

Product Condition

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • 01Product must be unused and unwashed
  • 02All original tags must be intact and attached
  • 03Must be in original packaging (polybag/box)
  • 04No damage caused after delivery by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Products purchased during a sale or with a discount coupon
  • Products returned based on personal preference or change of mind
  • Items returned after the 48-hour return window

Reverse Shipping

Customer Pays

When the return is due to a change of mind, preference, or non-defective reason.

Free Pickup

Reverse shipping is free of charge when the product is defective or damaged.

Refund Policy

A refund is only issued when a replacement product is unavailable. Refund process:

Request Raised

You raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery

Product Inspection

Our team inspects the returned product for eligibility

Refund Initiated

Refund is processed within 7–10 working days post-approval

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Exceptions:

COD OrdersRefunded via UPI or Bank Transfer

Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
