Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible — here's everything you need to know.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled anytime within 12 hours of placement, free of charge.

After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking ID has been assigned, cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order within the 12-hour window, contact us immediately via email at support@ukdrip.com or WhatsApp at +91 7668472611 with your order number.

Refund on Cancellation

The refund process differs based on your payment method at the time of order:

Prepaid Orders

Full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of cancellation confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

No payment was collected at the time of order — no refund is required. The order is simply cancelled.

Late Cancellation

If your order has already been dispatched when you request a cancellation:

Treated as a Return

Late cancellations on dispatched orders will follow our Return & Refund Policy. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return request within 48 hours.

ℹ Note: Return eligibility criteria apply. Reverse shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
